Do I need a Facebook account?

No. We use our own account to post your listings. You don't need Facebook, a smartphone, or any app at all.

How do I get paid?

We collect cash or Venmo from the buyer and hand you the money directly — in cash — after deducting our small fee.

What if my item doesn't sell?

You owe nothing. We only charge our listing fee and commission when an item actually sells. We'll relist and try different pricing if needed.

Do strangers have to come to my home?

Only if you want them to. We can arrange to meet buyers at a neutral public location, or we can pick up your item from you and handle the exchange ourselves.

What kinds of items can you sell?

Furniture, appliances, tools, sporting goods, clothing, electronics, collectibles — almost anything people buy and sell secondhand. We accept items with a minimum value of $50. We'll let you know upfront if something isn't a good fit for Marketplace.
